	We offer two series of Industrial Grade Conveyor Belting: The LMT series of NOVITANE is available in tension ratings from 55 PIW to 120 PIW and thicknesses from 5/64" to 1/4". The HD series of NOVITANE is available in tension ratings of 150 and 200 PIW and thicknesses from 1/4" to 1/2". NOVITANE ® "LMT" SERIES INDUSTRIAL GRADE CONVEYOR BELTING A full line of low to medium tension NOVITANE conveyor belt constructions with an all polyester single ply or solid woven carcass. Yet, this is no ordinary fabric, due to our unique synchronous casting process it has been completely saturated with NOVITANE polyurethane. This eliminates ply separation and the numerous problems that occur from it. The polyurethane saturated carcass also provides a low coefficient of friction on its bottom surface making it ideal for slider bed applications. NOVITANE ® "HD" SERIES INDUSTRIAL GRADE CONVEYOR BELTING A line of heavy duty NOVITANE conveyor belt constructions with an all polyester solid woven carcass. The NOVITANE covers are specially formulated for the ultimate resistance to abrasion, cutting and gouging, in addition to oil, grease, and a wide variety of solvents. Whether the application is in metal stampings, foundry operations, lumber mills, or glass cullet plants, there is a NOVITANE "HD" series belt available which can reduce belting costs. By utilizing our unique heat welding process the belt can be easily made endless right on the conveyor system which significantly reduces production downtime.
